摘要 <p>The adsorption device comprises a vessel (1) that is adapted to contain an adsorbent agent (4) provided to adsorb the gaseous components from the gaseous feed and has a vessel wall, an outer wall surrounding the vessel and defining an envelope between the outer wall and the vessel wall, an adsorbent agent inlet present in communication with the vessel, an adsorbent agent outlet present in communication with the vessel, a gaseous supply inlet (2) present in communication with the vessel, and a gaseous supply outlet (3) present in communication with the vessel. The adsorption device comprises a vessel (1) that is adapted to contain an adsorbent agent (4) for adsorbing gaseous components from gaseous feed and has a vessel wall, an outer wall surrounding the vessel and defining an envelope between the outer wall and the vessel wall, an adsorbent agent inlet present in communication with the vessel, an adsorbent agent outlet present in communication with the vessel, a gaseous supply inlet (2) present in communication with the vessel, and a gaseous supply outlet (3) present in communication with the vessel. The vessel wall and the outer wall are cylindrical in an upper portion (5) of the vessel, and taper towards a lower portion (6) of the vessel. The adsorbent agent outlet is arranged in the lower portion of the vessel for draining and/or replacing the adsorbent agent. The lower portion of the vessel is perforated with holes to allow the gaseous feed to come into contact with the adsorbent agent contained in the vessel, and has a reversed dome shape and a reversed cone shape. The holes are uniformly and horizontally distributed, and are spaced from the lower part of the vessel. The lower portion of the vessel comprises a horizontal wall perforated with the holes, and a vertical or inclined wall perforated with the holes and spaced from the bottom to top of the lower portion of the vessel. The envelope between the outer wall and the vessel wall comprises an insulating material, and is completely filled with the insulating material. The vessel wall comprises a series of holes to allow the gaseous feed to come into contact with the adsorbent agent contained in the vessel. The vessel wall and/or the outer wall are made of corrosion resistant material. The device further comprises a valve that is adapted to discharge the adsorbent agent and is present in communication with the lower portion of the vessel and the lower portion of the outer wall. The gaseous supply inlet and the gaseous supply outlet are present in communication with a lower portion of the envelope and the vessel and with an upper portion of the vessel through the holes. The upper portion of the vessel has a ceiling perforated with holes.</p>
