PURPOSE: A method for preprocessing electro painting is provided to secure uniformity and density of a film on a painted surface by controlling the contamination of surface adjustment liquid. CONSTITUTION: A method for preprocessing electro painting comprises the next step. A painted object is moved to the inside of a surface control chamber(14). The pump for the surface adjustment liquid is operated. The surface adjustment liquid is emitted on the surface to be coated through a spray nozzle(16) installed inside the surface adjustment chamber. The surface adjustment liquid chemically reacts with the surface to be coated and makes the surface particle of the surface uniform. Uniformity and compact of the film crystallization are improved by the surface adjustment. |
