PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of a device by transferring a pattern on an array substrate using a mask with a fine pattern. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(20) is insulated from an active layer. An insulation layer covers the gate electrode. A source electrode(29) and a drain electrode(27) are formed on the insulation layer. An intermediate layer includes a light emitting layer. An organic light emitting device successively laminates the intermediate layer and the opposite electrode.
