PURPOSE: A heterogeneous network based data simultaneous transmitting service system and a method thereof are provided to divide one data about data transception corresponding to a terminal device and to transmit divided data through a heterogeneous network. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device(100) transceives divided partial data from a managing device(400) through each network interface. The terminal device receives confirming data through a first network interface and a second network interface. The terminal device performs reconnection operation about the network interface according to the reception result.
