PURPOSE: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniformly and efficiently crystallize a semiconductor layer on the upper side of a gate electrode by preventing a thermal loss of excimer laser due to a gate electrode fro a crystallization process for forming an active pattern. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(108) is formed on a substrate(100) and includes a first conductive pattern(104) and a second conductive pattern(106). A switching device is connected to the gate line. A first electrode is electrically connected to the switching device. An organic light emitting structure is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(250) is formed on the organic light emitting structure.
