The cooler has an atomization unit (22) interposed between a photovoltaic panel (10) and a wall (20) of a sealing. The atomization unit generates fine droplets having diameter of lower than 0.5 mm, where the fine droplets are injected in direction having a component along a slope (12) of a roof. The atomization unit is placed nearer to a lower end of the panel. The atomization unit is arranged in a groove of a section closed by the panel. An independent claim is also included for a module.
