PURPOSE: A server connection supporting method and an apparatus thereof using an anicast are provided to supply anicast address about handover supporting servers without signaling with a network device. CONSTITUTION: A server address obtaining unit(11) obtains an anicast address about a server system supporting handover. A server address storing unit(12) manages the obtained anicast address. The server address storing unit stores the anicast address about the server system by access network type. A server address supplying unit(13) transmits the anicast address about the server system which supports the handover.
