ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve light extraction efficiency and a viewing angle property by including a resonant structure and a non-resonant structure. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of driving transistors(Qd) are formed on an insulation substrate(110). An organic or inorganic protection layer(120) is formed on the driving transistor. A first electrode(130) connected to the driving transistor through a contact hole is formed on the protection layer. A light emitting layer(140) and a second electrode(150) are successively laminated on the first electrode. A sealing unit is formed on the second electrode to prevent the inflow of moisture and oxygen.
