PURPOSE: A spine screw securing the excellent fixing force is provided to restrict rotation by shortening motion of a head about a screw by installing a seating head of a screw and a head. CONSTITUTION: A spine screw includes a head(1). A screw(2) is inserted into a bone like a backbone. A road is connected to a state crossing the head. A direction or a location of a screw is fixed by coupling the rod in a head of the screw. The head includes a head groove(11). A U-shaped rod groove(14) is formed in both sides of the head. The rod is arranged in a state which crosses the head through the rod groove.
