PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device, an organic light emitting display device, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a resonant structure without an additional mask process by forming a buffer layer functioning as a semitransparent mirror without an additional mask process. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(20) is formed on a substrate(10) and includes nano particles(25) in the buffer layer. A pixel electrode(101) is formed on the buffer layer. An opposing electrode(106) faces the pixel electrode. A light emitting unit includes an organic light emitting layer(105) between the pixel electrode and the opposing electrode.
