PURPOSE: A construction panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the thermal insulating characteristic and the sound insulating characteristic of the panel and reduce the weight of the panel by filling porous silica powder in the hollow part of a panel unit. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a construction panel includes the following: 60-90 weight% of powder, 10-20 weight% of illite, 10-20 weight% of mica, 10-20 weight% of expanded vermiculite, 1-2 weight% of a foaming agent, and 5-10 weight% of an aqueous binder are mixed. Mixed slurry(20) is obtained and is introduced in a hollow panel unit(10). The introduced slurry is dried, and the panel unit is sealed. The powder is obtained by stirring porous silica powder and alumina fine powder at a ball mill for 1-2hours. |
