PURPOSE: An AR(Augmented Reality) based information providing method and recording medium thereof are provided to offer various information for facilities by matching real views and virtual views. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal acquires an actual view through a real camera(S301). The portable terminal creates a three-dimensional virtual view through a virtual camera corresponding to a real camera(S303). The portable terminal matches a virtual view with a real view(S305). The portable terminal a vector view value of the virtual view with a three dimensional coordinate value of a real world(S307). The portable terminal displays AR(Augmented Reality) information corresponding to the three dimensional coordinate value on the corresponding location of a synthesis view(S309).
