PURPOSE: An automatic bath machine for aged and disabled person is provided to wash all parts of body without filling water inside the bath tub. CONSTITUTION: An automatic bath machine for aged and disabled person comprises a bath tub(100) which includes a shower part and a water supply valve, a shower head(131) which sprays water in order to wash head and face of the user, a first showerhead which sprays water on the rear surface and both sides of user, a cover(200) which can be opened and closed while being risen from the washing part, a second showerhead, drain holes, and a height adjuster(300).
