PURPOSE: A customized information service system using situational awareness and a method thereof, a customized information service device using cloud computing and a method thereof, and a terminal and a terminal operation method thereof are provided to enhance the convenience of using customized service by utilizing location determination information through location determination technology during a situational awareness service. CONSTITUTION: A customized information service system using situational awareness comprises a customized information service device(120) and a location determination device(130). The customized information service system receives the sensing data provided by a terminal(100) sensing the need of situational awareness corresponding to the terminal, analyses the received data, compares the received data to identify whether the analyzed results are within the criteria range about a specific situation, judges the situation of the terminal, and provides the terminal with customized information generated correspondingly to the situation based on the result of judgment.
