<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with high output that is regenerated at a low cost as renewable silicon-based photovoltaic power generation is expensive and difficult to be implemented in ordinary households although it is expected in place of nuclear power generation. <P>SOLUTION: Semiconductors of titanium oxide or zinc oxide and chaff easily available at a low cost are used and power for generating current and voltage of iodine is utilized, so that the semiconductor can easily be used for power generation of P-type and N-type semiconductors with the use of plants and various kinds of additives.
