<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, information processing program, and management method capable of facilitating setting of communication monitoring rules. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor 1 includes a storage part 1a and a control part 1b. The storage part 1a stores communication monitoring rules by a virtual router 2a, that are defined for each service.
