<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that has excellent heat resistance and impact resistance, wherein yellowing is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 30 to 99 mass% of polyolefin (A), 1 to 70 mass% of aliphatic polyester (B), and 0.1 to 50 mass% of epoxy group-containing ethylene copolymer (C) containing a monomer unit derived from ethylene and a monomer unit derived from glycidyl methacrylate, wherein the total mass of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 mass%. A method of producing the resin composition includes: a first kneading step of melt-kneading the ethylene copolymer (C) at 250°C or larger; and a second kneading step of adding the polyolefin (A) and the aliphatic polyester (B) to the epoxy group-containing ethylene copolymer (C) thus melt-kneaded through the first kneading step, to melt-knead the resultant at temperature lower than the temperature in the first kneading step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
