<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin film solar cell, capable of improving light utilization efficiency thereof, and a thin film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a thin film solar cell including a plurality of photoelectric conversion layers comprises the steps of: forming a surface transparent electrode 12 on a transparent substrate 11; forming a first texture 12a with a first cycle, for scattering light in the absorption wavelength region of a top cell 13, on the surface transparent electrode 12; forming the top cell 13 and a bottom cell 14 on the surface transparent electrode 12; forming a translucent conductive oxide layer 16 on the bottom cell 14; and forming a second texture 16a with a second cycle, for scattering light in the absorption wavelength region of the bottom cell 14, on the translucent conductive oxide layer 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
