<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone set and a fixed telephone set, capable of switching a communicating state by a portable handset, while improving convenience when the portable handset is used. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to dial buttons 21 and a hook 23, a fixed telephone set 1 (telephone set) includes: an extension-line communication unit 12 connectable to a portable handset 2, which is capable of three-party communication, without using a dedicated button; an L1 communication unit 13; an L2 communication unit 14; and a control unit 11 for controlling speech communication. Based on an operation of at least one of each dial button 21 and the hook 23 of the portable handset 2, the control unit 11 is configured to perform at least one of control to switch from a state of communicating with one of an L1 line and an L2 line to a state of communicating with the other, and using the L1 line and the L2 line, to switch from a state of three-party communication to a state of communicating with the L1 line or the L2 line having a new incoming call. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
