<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a seamless belt which is simple, cheap, and excellent in heat resistance, flexibility and mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the seamless belt includes a process of preparing a coating liquid by dissolving a specific ester-based polymer to an organic solvent, and a process of applying the coating liquid to a substrate and drying it. In a desirable embodiment, the substrate is a cylindrical mold, and the manufacturing method includes applying the coating liquid on an inner surface of the cylindrical mold.
