According to a method for calibrating a capacitor using a touch screen panel proposed by the present invention, the calibration of the touch screen panel, which measures variation in the capacitor, is performed by inputting to the touch screen panel only an input signal (a TX waveform) and a correction signal (an inverse TX waveform) which are required for the calibration, without using an additional circuit. Thus, the area within a product which otherwise might necessarily be occupied by a current driving circuit and an additional circuit may be reduced compared to conventional products, thereby achieving significant effects of reduced product size. Further, the method of the present invention is not significantly affected by a variation of the touch screen panel, and therefore, may be applied to a wide range of touch screen panels. |
