<p>The present invention has the objective of providing a stabilizer link, and a method for manufacturing same, which may have a reduced number of components, improved sealing performance and strength between a plastic bearing and a tube so as to increase product value, and cost competitiveness secured through an improved manufacturing technique and reduced costs. To this end, the stabilizer link of the present invention comprises: a tube provided on both ends of a stabilizer shaft; a plastic bearing press fitted into the tube, and which has edge portions of a top end and bottom end thereof projecting toward the top surface and bottom surface, respectively, of the tube so that the plastic bearing is sealed against the tube; and a ball stud having a shoe portion thereof inserted into the plastic bearing so as to rotate in a predetermined angle of movement, wherein the bottom end edge portion of the plastic bearing is press-fitted into the bottom surface of the tube after being heated and melted.</p> |
