A first flexible tube system (5) for fluid i.e. water, and second and third flexible tube systems (6a, 6b) for another fluid i.e. air. Flexible components (4) e.g. ribs, are arranged on an internal surface, and a sensor unit (11) detects load condition of an organism i.e. human.
