<p>[Problem] To provide a shoe insole provided with a projection for preventing foot from slipping forward, said shoe insole being widely usable for various kinds of shoes, wherein the projection has a small size to minimize discomfort to the wearer's foot. [Solution] A shoe insole comprising a base that is to be in contact with at least a part of the sole of the foot and a projection that can be inserted between the big toe and second toe of the foot in using, characterized in that, a cutting plane, that is roughly parallel to the base, of the projection is mainly in a vertically long drop-like shape in which the width (in the right-to-left direction of the foot) is shorter than the length (in the directoin from the heel side to the tiptoe side of the foot) and which is tapered toward the tiptoe side of the foot.</p> |
