<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving uniformity and improving endurance and the like, and a method for designing a carcass profile thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire has an aspect ratio of 60% or smaller.
