PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem which cannot fully exhibit the function as a cermet thermal-sprayed film because both powders of ceramics and heavy metals are distributed in the film under unequal conditions when the cermet thermal-sprayed film is formed under the condition of the powders of an oxide based ceramic and a heavy metal, whose specific gravities differ from each other, physically mixed together.
SOLUTION: The cermet thermal-sprayed film having much higher denseness, smoothness, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and plasma erosion resistance is obtained not only by forming a thermal-sprayed film which separates the ceramic from the metal by thermally spraying a Ni or Ni-P/Ni-B alloy film using powder materials for immiscible cermet spray formed of a 0.3-5 μm thick coat over the surface of oxide based ceramic particles by an electroless plating process but also by radiating high energy on the surface of the thermal-spraying film to melt and crystallize the film surface again.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
