<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover an electric wire and hold a pathway of the electric wire at a constant with a more compact structure. <P>SOLUTION: A corrugate tube with a pathway holding member C includes: a corrugate tube 20 where annular protruding parts 21 and annular recessed parts 22 are alternately formed along a longitudinal direction and a pathway holding member 30 attached to the corrugate tube 20 along the longitudinal direction.
