<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc drive with suppressed warpage deformation of a disc tray occurring as initial deformation during molding. <P>SOLUTION: An embodiment comprises: a guide mechanism which slidably supports a tray body 4a in the depth direction as viewed from a tray insertion/ejection opening; and a protrusion 21 which can come in slidable contact with an upper end of the guide mechanism on a lower surface in the height direction of a wing part 4b protruding from the tray body 4a on the side where a disc protrudes in the width direction. Even if the wing part 4b has warpage deformation due to initial deformation during molding, in a state where the disc tray 4 is inserted in an interior space of a drive housing, the protrusion 21 comes in contact with the upper end of the guide mechanism and presses and warps the wing part 4b in the direction opposite to the warping direction in the initial deformation. Therefore, the initial deformation of the disc tray 4 is suppressed, and accordingly the inclination of the front bezel attached to a front surface of the tray body 4a and a front surface of the wing part 4b is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
