<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera system capable of improving efficiency in an installation adjustment work and easily optimizing an illumination pattern while achieving high visibility in a picked-up image at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The camera system includes: a camera installed on a side part of a movement path through which a movable body moves for imaging the movable body moving on the movement path; a luminaire installed near the camera for emitting illumination light when imaging the movable body with capability of tracking the movable body moving by the illumination light; means for recognizing a movement trajectory of a testing movable body by making the testing movable body move through the movement path in an adjustment carried out prior to an actual movement; means for measuring a moving speed of the movable body; means for obtaining an optimum tracking trajectory of the illumination light of the luminaire on the basis of the recognized movement trajectory of the testing movable body and the measured moving speed of the movable body and causing the illumination light of the luminaire to track the movable body on the basis of the obtained tracking trajectory; and image processing means for performing specific image processing by using an image acquired from the camera. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
