The present invention relates to a structure of a transparent electrode film and a touch screen. That is, the structure of the transparent electrode film of the present invention includes a film for a retarder; a first and a second hard coating layer which are coated on both surfaces of the film for the retarder; an optical layer formed on the second hard coating layer; and a transparent electrode film formed on the optical layer.
