<p>Devices, which correspond to input/output control signals that respectively control peripheral apparatuses (114), and power consumptions of the peripheral apparatuses are previously registered as parameters (103), a state monitoring unit (110) monitors whether input/output control signals are in the on-state, and calculates an operation time, and a power consumption calculating unit (111) calculates a power consumption of a corresponding peripheral apparatus on the basis of the operation time and the power consumption thus obtained. Furthermore, the state monitoring unit (110) has a function of, after processing is completed, forcibly stopping a peripheral apparatus if there is a peripheral apparatus that does not stop even after a predetermined time or after exceeding a predetermined power consumption, and power consumption is saved.</p> |
