3-Dimensional nanofiber scaffold and the producing method thereof

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a three dimensional nanofiber scaffold is provided to obtain the scaffold which is able to freely control the thickness and porosity. CONSTITUTION: A wet electrospinning system comprises: a high voltage generator which applies high voltage to a nozzle; the nozzle which spins a polymer spinning solution to an integral part; a syringe pump which supplies the polymer spinning solution to the nozzle; and a solvent supply unit which continuously supplies solvent to the integral part. A method for fabricating the three dimensional nanofiber scaffold comprises: a step of applying high voltage to the nozzle and a step of spinning the spinning solution in the solvent-filled integral part.
