PURPOSE: A method for shaping a sealing ceramics cap and a screw band for shaping the sealing ceramics cap are provided to seal ceramics without a plastic cap and to coat the screw part of the sealing ceramics cap based on a resin. CONSTITUTION: A circular screw band(30) is prepared. A screw(31) is formed on the external side of the screw band, and fixed protrusions(32) are formed on the internal side of the screw band. The screw band is assembled on the upper external side of a gypsum mold(40), and the fixed protrusions are inserted into the fixing grooves(41) of the gypsum mold. A ceramics cap is formed using a space which is upper side of the gypsum mold and the external side of the screw band. The ceramics cap is separated from the gypsum mold. The ceramics cap is dried, glazed, and baked. A resin coats the screw part of the ceramics cap. |
