PURPOSE: A converter body reinforcing apparatus using a dart lance is provided to improve the quality of molten steel by preventing the leakage of slag due to vortex. CONSTITUTION: A converter body reinforcing apparatus using a dart lance comprises a repair material supply unit(15), a spray unit(11), and a controller(2). The spray unit receives a repair material from the repair material supply unit by opening an automatic repair material supply valve(4) and sprays the repair material to the entire converter body through a nozzle(13) installed in the leading end of the dart lance. The controller controls the movement of the dart lance and outputs a signal to the automatic repair material supply valve for spraying the repair material from the spray unit. |
