PURPOSE: A bidirectional cable anchor system is provided to pull a cable without limit regardless of the rotation direction of a rotation pipe. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional cable anchor system(100) comprises a fixing body(110), a rotation pipe(120), a first pulling unit(131,132), and a second pulling unit(141,142). The fixing body is connected to a structure. The rotation pipe is rotatably connected to the fixing body. The first pulling unit is installed inside the rotation pipe and is moved forward. The second pulling unit is installed inside the rotation pipe to be separated from the first pulling unit and is moved backward when the first pulling unit is moved forward.
