MITF-M PRODUCTION PROMOTER, AND HAIR COSMETIC COMPOSITION AND SKIN COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE MITF-M PRODUCTION PROMOTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MITF-M production promoter in melanocyte, and to provide a hair cosmetic composition and a skin cosmetic composition using the MITF-M production promoter.

SOLUTION: The MITF-M production promoter includes: (A) forskolin; and (B) at least one kind of plant extract selected from the group consisting of muscovado extract, orange extract, aurantii nobilis pericarpium extract, plum extract and undaria pinnatifida extract. The hair cosmetic composition and skin cosmetic composition are obtained by using the MITF-M production promoter.
