<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation apparatus capable of efficiently capturing, separating/recovering a cell existing in a liquid and hardly generating damage to the cell when recovering clogging and the cells. <P>SOLUTION: The separation apparatus includes: a first flow path 10 in which a first liquid F1 including a cell 60 flows in a first direction X; a plurality of columnar bodies 32 provided in the first flow path 10, having a second direction Y crossing with the first direction X as a longitudinal direction for capturing the cell 60; a second flow path 20 connecting with the first flow path 10 in a stream upper than the columnar bodies 32 in the first direction X and in which a second liquid F2 not including the cell 60 flows; and a third flow path 40 connecting with the first flow path 10 at a position in which the columnar bodies 32 are provided and in which a buffer liquid F3 for a living body flows in the second direction Y. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
