<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a living organism dilator instrument, which can properly be mounted with a stent on the surface of a balloon. <P>SOLUTION: Firstly, a step of forming an inside tube 25 is performed by using polyimide. After that, a step of temporarily retaining a pair of angiography tubes 41, 42 at prescribed points of the inside tube 25 is performed. After that, a step of forming a coated tube 43 is performed. Concretely, a thermal contractive tube 44 is arranged so as to cover an external peripheral face of a prescribed range of the inside tube 25. Then, the thermal contractive tube 44 is heated by using a heater HD. By this, the thermal contractive tube 44 is contracted, and the coated tube 43 is formed so as to cover the external peripheral face of the prescribed range of the inside tube 25. After that, by performing a step of inserting an inside tube unit into an outside tube 24, a step of attaching the balloon 23, and a step of mounting the stent 11 on the contracted balloon 23, the manufacturing of the living organism dilator instrument 10 is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
