COMBINING CONTENTS ON SEPARATE STORAGE MEDIA

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local storage on player instruments which provides possibility for adding further modification and a most recent additional content to an optical disc content, and to protect copyright associated with a disc and additional data.

SOLUTION: A security framework is ensured which can perform protection of copyright of a disc and additional data by creating a virtual file system (VFS) by integrating optical disc data and local storage data on the basis of a common identifier.
