<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that cannot fully exhibit the function as a cermet thermal-sprayed film because ceramics and metals are distributed in a thermal-sprayed film under unequal conditions when the thermal-sprayed film is formed using a cermet thermal-sprayed powder material made by physically mixing the powders of an oxide based ceramic and a heavy metal whose specific gravities differ. <P>SOLUTION: Denseness, adhesiveness, abrasion resistance, plasma erosion resistance, etc. of a member comprising a thermal-sprayed film as a coat are improved by producing an immiscible cermet powder coating an oxide based ceramic particle surface with a 0.3-5 μm thick Ni or Ni-P/Ni-B alloy plating film by an electroless plating process and by forming the thermal-sprayed film using the cermet thermal-spraying powder material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
