<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module which relaxes stress generated at a bonding portion between a wiring conductor and an electrode and thus has high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion module comprises: a substrate 2; a photoelectric conversion unit 1 obtained by laminating a first electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a second electrode in this order on the substrate 2; a metal film 13 which is disposed on the substrate 2 away from the photoelectric conversion unit 1; and a covering member 9 which is disposed on the substrate 2 so as to cover the photoelectric conversion unit 1 and the metal film 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
