The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for setting a limited downlink subframe to a low-power terminal to transceive data. A transmitting end sets, on the basis of information specific to a terminal, a period and offset of a subframe which is to be used for transmitting a downlink control channel to a terminal. The transmitting end transmits the downlink control channel in the subframe which has been selected on the basis of the period and the offset. The terminal then either receives or sets a period and offset of a subframe to be used for transmitting a downlink control channel specific to the terminal itself. The terminal receives the downlink control channel in the subframe which has been selected based on the period and offset.
