<p>This catheter handle is provided with: a main handle body (21) that is mounted to the base end of a catheter tube (10); and a rotating plate (22) that is mounted rotatably to the main handle body (21) and to which the base ends of operation wires (31, 32) for bending the tip portion of the tube (10) are affixed. In the rotation plate (22), arced guide rails (231, 232, 233, 241, 242, 243) for delineating the path of the operation wires (31, 32) are formed on concentric circumferences centered on the rotating shaft of the rotating plate (22). By means of the handle, it is possible to configure a catheter having differing curved shapes of the tip portion of the catheter tube without changing the constituent components. Also, it is possible to configure a bidirectional catheter that can achieve different curved shapes by means of the case of bending the tip portion of the catheter tube in one direction and the case of bending in another direction.</p> |
