The profile (1) has threadlike elements (3) made from non-combustible materials e.g. glass fibers, carbon, basalt and aramide, and aligned in an extruding direction within a region of an external circumference. The threadlike elements extend over a length of the profile and are covered by plastic material. An internal profile body (2) is made from plastic pulp with the individual threadlike elements. An external profile body (4) is co-extruded from plastic mass with the internal profile body. A PTFE-film is formed as an external coating for the profile. The threadlike elements are filaments, threads, linen threads and cords.
