PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a probability of executing illegitimate printing in a printer even if a proper user has lost an authentication card and an outsider picked it up.

SOLUTION: When an operator inputs print device authentication conditions indicating a printer 3 or a printer group to print out and its available time zone (or validity period) in print job data, and if the input print device authentication conditions and user authentication information do not match with each other, a print information processing device and/or a printer driver in a user terminal is configured not to permit printing for the outsider of a proper group.
