<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective photosensor capable of improving detection accuracy without additionally providing a lens member etc., and to provide an image formation apparatus having the reflective photosensor. <P>SOLUTION: A reflective photosensor 40 is formed in such a manner that a first light refraction surface 52, disposed in a first recess 51 of a wiring substrate lower surface 41b in a manner to oppositely face a light emitting unit 63, refracts light emitted from the light emitting unit 63 so that the refracted light approaches a light receiving unit 67, and that a second light refraction surface 57, disposed in a second recess 56 of the wiring substrate lower surface 41b in a manner to oppositely face the light receiving unit 67, refracts toward the light receiving unit 67 a light component that is regularly reflected on a recording sheet P among the light refracted by the first light refraction surface 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
