<p>A differential amplifier circuit, to which differential input signals are input and which outputs differential output signals, comprises: a first MOS transistor the drain of which is connected to a power supply via a load; a second MOS transistor the drain of which is connected to the power supply via the load; a first DC level converter that converts a first negative-phase signal, which is one of the differential input signals, in DC level to generate a first gate signal to be applied to the gate of the first MOS transistor; and a second DC level converter that converts a first positive-phase signal, which is the other of the differential input signals, in DC level to generate a second gate signal to be applied to the gate of the second MOS transistor. A second positive-phase signal, which is opposite in phase to the first gate signal, is applied to the source of the first MOS transistor, while a second negative-phase signal, which is opposite in phase to the second gate signal, is applied to the source of the second MOS transistor.</p> |
