In accordance with a first communication scheme, a first communication unit (110) receives packet signals broadcasted by a base station apparatus, and also receives packet signals broadcasted by other terminal apparatuses. A second communication unit (112) executes communication with mobile devices in accordance with a second communication scheme that is different from the first communication scheme. A reception unit (116) receives filtering conditions from the mobile devices via the second communication unit (112). A filtering unit (120) selects, from among the packet signals received by the first communication unit (110), a packet signal that matches the filtering conditions. A transfer unit (122) transfers the information contained in the selected packet signal from the second communication unit (112) to the mobile devices.
