The output variable assumes two values that are different from each other. The input unit enables a change in the output variable from one of the values to the other value by a single operation or a single rotary translational activity of the input unit, where the transition between the values is carried-out in continuous and/or stepless manner or by skipping. #CMT# : #/CMT# The input unit is selected from a group consisting of a joystick or a rotary potentiometer or a rotary switch or a touch screen or a touch panel or a one-handed operation device.
