A planar substrate layer is applied on the broad side of the wave conductor, where coupling slots (E1, E2) and the decoupling slots are arranged in the planar substrate layer. Micro strip lines (ML1, ML2) are provided on top of the substrate layer in a region of the coupling slots and the decoupling slots.
